Recently I’ve forgotten to put a featured Friday mix.
Luckily I remembered today and went out for a mix that contained orgininality. Been really digging mixes that have slow build ups and then out of no where it hits with some dubstep and glitch hop.

This weeks Fire Friday Mix comes from The Flying Skulls! These guys are killing it. They are comprised of four majorly talented dudes. They show up and rock the place with their underground sounds that give you chills down your spine.
Right now I’m on a real big trip on these guys. The first time I heard them on glitch.fm I had to know who the track was by and ever since found out I follow up on everything I can that they release.
I see these guys being on the forfront of glitch. This is the type of stuff that you can jam out too at any time or state of mind.

Bassnectar is back with a new mix for 2010. Needless to say it’s packed with some serious thump! Most of the tracks seem to be edited heavly. Always good to hear such a diverse set of genres mashed up all together. Yet they all come together under one name, BASS Music.
Expect quite a diverse ride along the way as tempos jump up and down throughout the ride. Tell you one thing though if you like those low freq’s you’ll love this mix.

This week’s Fire Friday Mix is by Machine Drum. One artist that I really first heard when it came to this whole glitch sound was Machine Drum. I later find out that he is straight out of Miami and moved over to NY. He’s quite a prolific producer and doing many things. This is one of his most recent mixes that he did for Percussionlab.
Check this mix out cause it’ll make you want to jump jump!

This week’s Fire Friday Mix is from Ben Samples. Samples has become one of my favorite producers. I’m not even sure if this man is human based on how many tracks he pumps out. If I had to pick any artist which makes would define all the elements of Glitch Hop I’d probably pick any Samples tracks.
One day I hope that I’ll be able to meet him in person and possibily play along side him. That would be one of my dreams right now. Now check out this fresh new mix!
